Some things to think about before asking for a quote
- What is the soundsystem going to be used for? A disco? Background music? Speeches or conferences?
- Where is the venue?
- How big is the venue?
- Where are the access points for loading and unloading? Are there stairs or a lift?
- Are you going to need any other equipment for the event? Staging? Dancefloor? Lights?
- What date is the event? And what time is it due to start/finish?
- Will you need help with the organisation? Crew? DJ?
- All these points will have to be addressed before an estimate can be given, all cases are different so estimates are given on an individual basis.
